Denise is a qualified & licensed Executive Development Coach supporting senior leaders and C-suite professionals with business, leadership and career coaching. Following a senior role in the retail sector she joined the recruitment Industry in 1994.
Prior to her career in executive search, she worked for large retail groups including House of Fraser, John Lewis and Next Retail Group where she was a member of the inaugural leadership team in Next Directory leading Operations.
As a talent recruitment specialist with large search led organisations as well as agency recruiters Denise has an instinctive and broad understanding of the recruitment market, and the challenges senior candidates are presented with when making internal moves, seeking new roles, or changing careers.
She is passionate about supporting business leaders and as a member of the Association of Business Mentors brings her wide experience of multiple challenges and growth strategies. She brings laser focus on development and retention of talent, supporting individuals to optimise their potential for growth whilst feeling supported but also challenged. She has a wealth of experience to draw upon having worked on both sides of the entrepreneur as a sole trader and partnership in executive recruitement - and in the corporate world with clients including, ASOS, The Disney Store, Walt Disney, Starbucks, Selfridges, Realm, Network Rail, Next, & Habitat.
Denise is married with two daughters, as a family they love spending time together with their two mischievous grandchildren (as well as some lazy ragdoll cats and a hyper working-cocker spaniel keeping them busy!) Her newest hobby is learning the Wim Hof ice technique much to the amazement of anyone who knows her as she is a real sun lover!
