I have recently pivoted to become a mental well-being coach for entrepreneurs and executives.
One of the reasons for this pivot was the simple fact that as I spoke to more and more high-achieving entrepreneurs and executives, it became apparent that it was not so much that they do not have the goals, they do, but the issues that they have had challenges with is the mental wellbeing or the stability of the cognitive mind to do all they had set out to do and also problems with professional - personal life work integration.
Most of my conversations now start with a short reflection of your journey as an entrepreneur, reflecting on your 𝔀𝓱𝔂 and the excitement you feel or have felt, wanting to build impact, influence, and income.
As an entrepreneur, the journey is often filled with highs and lows, challenges and triumphs. In the hustle and bustle of running a business, it can be easy to get caught up in day-to-day tasks and overlook the importance of taking a step back to reflect on our experiences. However, reflection is a powerful tool that can help us gain valuable insights, learn from our mistakes, and ultimately move forward with renewed clarity and purpose.

Reflection is more than just looking back on past decisions and actions; it is a deliberate and mindful process of introspection that allows us to gain a deeper understanding of our motivations, values, and goals.
Also, self-reflection and or guided reflection can be a powerful tool for mental health, helping individuals (entrepreneurs and executives alike) understand themselves better, regulate their emotions, and identify meaningful strategies to manage challenges in ways unique to them.
