Is Business and Life Going Your Way?
In 1908, as part of his work on a series about famous men, Andrew Carnegie asked Napoleon Hill to interview 500 very successful people in order to study the process of success and discover the success formula. The project lasted 20 years and included some amazing names: Thomas Edison, Alexander Graham Bell, Henry Ford, Theodore Roosevelt, Charles M Schwab to name but a few.
In 1928, Hill’s first study, the Law of Success was released and in 1937, Think and Grow Rich was published. His final work, You Can Work Your Own Miracles, was published posthumously in 1971. The rest, as they say, is history.
In other words, the concept of using your thoughts to influence your success has been around for yonks. It has a pedigree stretching back over 100 years; but it’s still not taught in schools.
You might have had double Maths on a Thursday, but did you have double How to be Successful, did you have extra How to be Joyful? Er… No!
There is a 'Formula' to being sustainably successful, and it’s within everyone’s grasp. If you can follow instructions, if you’re open and coachable, anyone can learn the steps. That’s the good news. The not so good news is that not everyone will achieve sustainable success.
I’ve heard people say that they’re doing everything and ‘it’s’ not working. What they mean is that they’re not getting the results they were anticipating. That’s because they’re not completely following the Formula so some of the steps are missing.
I first bumped into these teachings in 1979 and have been studying and working with them non-stop since then.
What I discovered was hidden conditions that can stymie your best efforts. I also discovered the keys to unlocking them.
Whether you want to earn a certain amount or go to bed with peace of mind, if you want to attract a certain level of business or look after your loved ones in the way you wish, it’s all attainable. And I’d love to share an exercise with you to begin the process.
Not everyone will do this, of course, and there will be valid reasons why they can’t. If you can’t find the time, you may be the person who needs to do this more than everyone else.
So, if you’re interested in clearing the way to being truly successful and think you fit the criteria (open and coachable), please connect with me and let’s have a chat.
